After apps like like Play Store, Play Movies, and Play Newsstant got updated to fall in line with the new material design philosophy, now it's time to learn how the new Gmail version looks like.
Some Gmail 5.0 screenshots have leaked online after the folks at Android Police received early access to the update version of Google's mail client. Besides bringing Material Design-specific changes like more animations, brighter colors, and more realistic shadows, Gmail 5.0 also brings support for handling email accounts from other providers.
The new Gmail has integration with Yahoo and Outlook and you switch between them with a swipe. You can also touch the account drop down to access it.
Unfortunately, Android Police didn't made the Gmail 5.0 APK available for download. The new version of Google's mail client will be officially released for the public in November, after the Android 5.0 Lollipop roll out begins.
