Honor held an event today during which it announced three new offerings. The main character was the Honor 6X, and since we've already covered it earlier, we are now going to talk the other two products which were introduced. The press event took place in China, and apart from the Honor 6X, the manufacturer also showcase the Honor Pad 2 and the Honor Watch X1. Now, let's familiarize ourselves with what they have to offer.

First of all, the Honor Pad 2 has an IPS display that measures 8 inches and has a resolution of 1920 x 1200. Under the hood, the tablet sports a Snapdragon 616 processor with eight CPU cores, specifically a quad-core cluster clocked at a speed of 1.5 GHz meant for more demanding tasks, and a quad-core cluster running at a frequency of 1.2 GHz meant for less demanding tasks. The processor doubled by an Adreno 405 graphics processing unit. In terms of memory, the device packs 3 GB of RAM and 16 GB or 32 GB of native storage expandable via microSD card by up to 128 GB of extra space. In the camera department, the Honor Pad 2 comes with an 8 MP main shooter located in the back side, and a 2 MP snapper situated on the front for video chats and selfies.

On the software side of things, the handset runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow tweaked with the company's proprietary interface. Connectivity-wise, it has support for 4G LTE, and it's kept alive by a 4,800 mAh battery. Those interested in buying the tablet should know that it will have a price starting at 999 yuan ($150) for the 16 GB model. The 32 GB version on the other hand will cost 1299 yuan ($190), whilst the 32 GB model with 4G LTE will be sold at a price of 1499 yuan ($220).

Moving on to the Honor Watch S1, it's basically a fitness watch with a circular form that comes with straps that can be removed if wanted. The watch is also water resistant. In fact, it can withstand a depth of up to 50 meters. Moreover, it integrates a heart monitor as well, and it will hit the market with Orange, Black, and Blue straps. As far as the price tag is concerned, the company announced that all of the models will be sold in exchange for 699 yuan ($100).
