The Samsung Galaxy Note 10 can be updated to a new firmware update manually by using the computer, Odin tool, and the phone's Download Mode. In order to be able to apply any of these changes you will have to be an advanced user.
If you are not an advanced Android user, then we strongly advise against you trying to install any new firmware updates using the Odin app and the Download Mode for your Galaxy Note 10, as you might end up bricking the device and losing all your data.

How to Enter Download Mode for the Samsung Galaxy Note 10:
Download Mode can be enabled and booted into easily by pressing a couple of buttons, but in order to successfully use it to update your phone you will need to have the Samsung USB drivers installed on your PC, and for the USB Debugging option to be enabled under the Developer Options menu.
The Developer Options aren't enabled by default, as you will have to enable these first in order to make sure that your phone is detected by the PC. Here's how to enable Developer Options:
- go to Settings.
- open About Phone menu.
- open Software Information options.
- tap on the Build Number text seven times in order to enable Developer Options.
Now you have to go to Settings> Developer Options and look through the list until you find the USB Debugging. When you find it you have to simply enable it and you're done.
After the USB Debugging has been enabled you can download the Samsung USB drivers from here. Install the usb drivers on your computer in order to make sure that you can connect the Galaxy Note 10 with it.
Now you can enter Galaxy Note 10 Download Mode:
- power off the device.
- press and hold Volume Down + Power/ Bixby buttons at the same time.
- release the buttons when the screen turns blue.
- now you will be asked to press Volume Up in order to confirm Download Mode boot.
